Twenty years of history is something to be proud of.
Over the past two decades, FS Solutions has grown into an organization serving customers across a wide range of sectors, with an extensive portfolio of internal transport solutions.
For Managing Director JP Mudde, an anniversary is not only a moment to look back. It is also an opportunity to consider what the future may bring.
JP has now been part of FS Solutions for just over a year. One of the first things that stood out to him was the company culture. “The personal approach. Colleagues who enjoy working together, listen to one another and are genuinely involved.” He sees that involvement as an important foundation for the future.
The challenges businesses face today are different from those of twenty years ago.
Recruiting skilled people is becoming increasingly difficult. Companies are looking for ways to make their processes more efficient, safeguard production continuity and keep costs under control.
According to JP, this means automation will play an increasingly important role. Not as a goal in itself, but as a way to address challenges involving capacity, continuity and reliability.
He also expects sustainability and safety to have an even greater influence on the decisions companies make.
That is exactly where he sees opportunities for FS Solutions to help customers move forward.
When JP considers the strength of FS Solutions, he sees more than technology alone.
For him, a good solution starts with listening. “We start with the customer and look for the best solution to their challenge.” FS Solutions does not limit itself to standard routes. Thinking out of the box and working together to identify opportunities that create real value for the customer remain essential parts of the approach.
JP sees the combination of flexibility, quality and experience as one of the reasons customers view FS Solutions not only as a supplier, but increasingly as a knowledge partner.
When JP thinks about the future, one word keeps returning: development.
For him, the strength of the years ahead lies not only in new products or new markets, but also in developing people. By continuing to train employees, build knowledge and learn from projects and customer challenges, FS Solutions continues to grow as an organization.
At the same time, the company wants to keep investing in innovative solutions and new products that help businesses improve their processes.
“We want to remain proud of our own products and continue developing.”
That ambition extends beyond existing markets to new opportunities across Europe.
For JP, innovation is not an end in itself. It is a way to keep supporting customers with solutions that match the challenges of tomorrow.
When asked where he hopes FS Solutions will be in five to ten years, JP has a clear answer.
He sees an organization that has become an important player in the European market for modular conveyor systems. A company that continues to grow, enters new markets and keeps developing innovative solutions.
But something else matters just as much: remaining a company where people enjoy coming to work. A company for both younger and experienced professionals. A place where experience and new perspectives come together, and where employees can continue developing. “I hope customers will continue to see us as a reliable partner and as a knowledge partner that brings out-of-the-box solutions.”
Twenty years of history provide a strong foundation, and JP sees many opportunities ahead.
Opportunities to explore new markets, develop innovative products and help customers improve their processes. Above all, opportunities to continue building an organization people are proud to be part of.
Projects are never delivered by systems alone. Within FS Solutions, every employee is an essential link in the success of a project. From engineering and production to assembly, service and support, collaboration makes it possible to deliver solutions that move customers forward every day.
Twenty years of history is something to be proud of. But what is still to come may be even more important.
Conveyors that move you forward.
