FS Solutions has been making transport systems for more than 15 years. Often these systems are composed of our aluminium profiles. For the food industry, FS Solutions can also supply the systems in INOX.

Gripperband for pick up products

FS Solutions has devised and implemented this transport solution for our customer from the food industry. This project is executed in INOX. The gripper part can be rotated by means of a swivel arm. The customer wanted a conveyor where the products – which easily fall over – remain upright. Our engineers decided to design a chain conveyor in which the products are moving using a gripper.

Manual pick-up is taken over by this gripper belt before the products go to the freezer.
